Investment opportunities through Ventra Capital are offered to a limited number of wholesale investors. 

 

Each opportunity is finite and is structured as a first ranking, senior loan. These senior loans have fixed maturity dates between 2 to 4 years and provide access to a stable and regular income stream; generally around 8.0 – 10.0% p.a. paid monthly. 

 

These senior loan investment opportunities can enhance diversification within a portfolio as they exhibit low correlation to traditional asset classes.

We work with businesses that specialise in niche areas, including:

 

- Research & development tax rebate finance

- Legal disbursements funding

- Supply chain finance

- Invoice financing

- Solar power purchase agreements

- Other secured business loans

As with any investment, there are risks involved. The comparatively higher fixed interest rates paid on these senior loans are offset by potentially higher exposure to risk than some other fixed interest investments, such as term deposits or bonds. We believe that the protections in the funding structure provided by Ventra Capital to the lender can help mitigate these risks.
